This website is aimed at users aged 18 or over. In this sense, it is assumed that the user is of legal age to enter into the contract that relates to these terms.

The prices charged by “Quinta Porta Caseira” can be found on the website, on the page of the respective services. These prices already include legally due taxes, such as VAT at the legal rate (6%).

“Quinta Porta Caseira” reserves the right to change prices, promotional actions and services at any time.

6. Booking and cancellation conditions

At the time of booking, the user will be asked for a deposit of 30% of the total amount payable. In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 10 days before the date, the amount will be refunded in full. If this communication is made after the established deadline or in case of no-show, the deposited amount will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation of the reservation in unavoidable situations and of force majeure, duly justified, the amount paid will be refunded in full.

6.1 Arrival and Departure[/P]

Check-in must be carried out at our accommodation between 14:00 and 20:00 on the day of entry. Upon departure, the room must be vacated, of people and goods, by 11:00h.

7. Other considerations[/P]

• Our accommodation unit does not allow pets.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and bedrooms.
• “Quinta Porta Caseira” offers free private parking for guests.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

“Quinta Porta Caseira” reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time, and these changes will be duly publicized at www.portacaseira.com.
